The collection of bright, neon pastel colors, the 3S165 and the 3S166 will be the bestsellers of the spring season for sure. All 4 colors can be used well for making ombres so spectacular effects can be achieved. Apply 2 thin layers when using it. After the first layer we get a spotty surface but only
in this case will our layer be of sufficient thinness. Recommended to apply Milky White base under the yellow and the neon pastel shades because it’s reduces the amount of the spots. These materials only cure in strong LED lamp.
